We have invested heavily in state-of-the-art plant and machinery, ensuring the most cost-effective, flexible, and efficient manufacturing processes available.

Melting Capabilities – Precision & Quality Control

Our modern melting operations are engineered for accuracy and efficiency, with full temperature control and advanced monitoring systems:

  • New 6,000 sq ft melt plant commissioned in 2021

  • Five induction furnaces ranging from 500kg to 2 tonnes

  • Two GNR Spectrometers for real-time chemical analysis

  • Thermal analysis CEL machines & temperature probes at all furnaces and casting areas

  • Daily melting capacity: 25 tonnes

Coremaking – Precision for Complex Geometries

Our in-house core shop is equipped to handle both simple and complex core production:

  • Four core blowers

  • One hand-moulding line for custom requirements

  • Blown cores up to 80kg

  • 3D-printed core service available via subcontracting for intricate designs

Moulding – Flexibility Across Sizes & Volumes

We operate three moulding lines using resin-bonded sands, providing flexibility across small, medium, and large castings:

  • Carousel Moulding Plant – Produces smaller components up to 60kg

  • IMF Fast Loop Moulding Plant – Capable of handling parts up to 350kg

  • Floor Moulding Section – For large-scale castings up to 1 tonne

Finishing – Delivering Ready-to-Use Castings

We ensure that every casting meets strict quality and finishing standards before despatch:

  • Two shot-blast machines, including a new hanger blast

  • Four pedestal grinders & eight dressing booths for precision finishing

  • In-house paint plant providing primer-finished parts

  • 100% visual inspection of all castings before despatch

  • Flexible delivery options – via our own transport or trusted carrier partners
